"That was the best $2400 dollars I've spent on my house in a long time."

I was referred to Karlsen by Lee Mechanical. I had a new water heater installed, 2 outside spickets added, and they fixed a lot of supply water line hangers that were broken. Roughly 3 hours later everything was installed and updated. That was the best $2400 dollars I've spent on my house in a long time. The gentleman who did the work made it exactly the way I would have done if I had his skill and abilities. Everything was seamless from the quote, scheduling the job, and the technician calling before he arrived. Karlsen Plumbing is the only place I'll call for future work. They were outstanding.

I called in for emergency service, and the owner was very open and honest stating that he'd hate to see someone spend the money if not necessary. They got me in first thing Monday morning. Simon came and was very fast and knowledgeable and found the problem and repaired it quickly. The bill was a lot more reasonable than I was expecting. I will definitely use them again and appreciate the honesty and affordability. Thank you very much.
